Many of you have heard about the Keto diet. There are many different types of the Keto Diet and sometimes it is hard to get the ingredients you need to make the drinks or even recipes. I have been on the Keto diet for over two years but, I love my coffee. Once my state was put under a stay at home order, I knew that I was going to need to find a way to make a Keto coffee at home. I created two simple recipes that use most of your everyday at home ingredients.
My favorite at home Keto coffee only has four ingredients!
Iced White Chocolate Mocha Coffee
I start by brewing the coffee and then I let it set for about 15 mins. Once the coffee is cool, I then fill the cup up with ice and pour the coffee in the cup. After the coffee I put in the heavy whipping cream, then vanilla, and last the White Chocolate Mocha creamer. Now it is time to stir. If you want more ice you can add it in once you stir your iced coffee. If you want a different creamer you can swap it out for the mocha but, just make sure that it is low in carbs or you can cut the serving size in half.
If you are not Keto and you want to use the recipe you sure can! You can add any sweetener you want and creamer to make it a regular iced coffee.
My second at home Keto coffee recipe is:
Cinnamon Dolce Iced Coffee
I start by brewing the coffee and then I let it set for about 15 mins. Once the coffee is cool, I then fill the cup up with ice and pour the coffee in the cup. After I have the coffee in the cup over the ice, I add in the heavy whipping cream, the vanilla, and the creamer. Then I stir my coffee before I add in the pinch of cinnamon. Finish off your coffee with a pinch of cinnamon and enjoy!
This can be made regular by adding in sugar as well.
