The stars and stripes are back! Anytime I can deck the house out in red, white, and blue, I go all in! Soon we have the Memorial Day holiday coming up, therefore I thought that I would share a few different looks to a vintage Memorial Day tablescapes. What do you need to have a fun a vintage Memorial Day tablescape? Anything vintage that you love, American flags, bowls, floral, and baskets. These are my go to’s for a tablesapes. Through these pieces I was able to make three different styles of tablescapes showing the American spirit.

Grab your vases and some floral to get started. Place those on your table and work around them, this seems to help me decide what size basket I need. Finally after I get a basket,  I just add in dishes and some clear glass to keep it light and airy. What will you do next…..soft textures to even out all of the layers.

No matter how you style your table for Memorial Day, you can always a pop of texture by adding in some fruits or berries. In fact by adding cherries in a bowl this can later add another color element to your table.
