The season has finally started to bloom. Spring porches are one of the first signs around our home that spring has bloomed! After Christmas the winter months just make out porches look sad. This is why styling them for spring bring so much joy around here!

The front porch has one of my favorite coffee spots and to spend time with family. Since there are still cold nights here, I try to keep it simple with the greens but, still have that spring touch. When styling outdoor spaces it can be tricky especially if there is not warm weather for all those beautiful flowers. I will sometimes use faux flowers to give it the look of spring until I can place those pops of color from real flowers.

A great way to start the spring porches off is to layer a coffee table front of a swing. I always want to layer these spaces with what will make a cozy feeling. Spring greens, books, and of course a candle. The best thing to make a space cozy is to add a fun rug.

Down the porch I did an old dresser with a chunky basket and a vintage green jug with some greens. Adding in some vintage spring tone jugs with wood tones really bring the warmth of the season. Spring porches can make you feel like the joy of the warm is coming in.

The back porch this year I started off very natural and then I decided to add a pop of color in a fun way! I have used the chicken feeder before inside on a table. This year I decided to try it outside with some vintage inspired terra cotta pots and pansies. I used the chicken feeder as a planter of real flowers this time. I finished the space off with a vintage watering can and another pot of pansies.
