Hey everyone! I promised that I would share my favorite Christmas season finds this week. I have been so excited about all of the Christmas decor pieces that these stores have this year. They are truly bringing back the real meaning of Christmas with the vintage Christmas theme pieces. I am going to share with you some pieces from Walmart, Pottery Barn, Anthropologie, and Kohls. I have to say that I am truly impressed at all well these pieces are tying in with my style of cozy vintage Christmas. Also, I always get home do you still this look or how did you style that piece. Well, since I will be sharing different pieces, I will share how I layered them into my home.
This year if you have been following along I have been loving the Christmas decor pieces from Walmart. This year they brought some vintage inspired pieces that truly look vintage when layered with you vintage decor in your home. The favorite pieces that I have found to layer the kitchen open shelving with are white Santa Mugs and the vintage colored bottle brush trees.
Some of the other pieces that I love the Walmart has brought out this Christmas season. I picked up some of the vintage inspired Christmas metal signs. They have ones from small to large that will help you add those missing touches to your gallery wall or to make a statement pieces on a wall. The metal signs also give you a different texture that you can add in with your wood tones and cozy tones.
My all time favorite pieces from Walmart right now is that all time famous hand-knit chunky blanket and guess what friends? It is UNDER, $50!!! This goes great to layer your couches or beds with or even use it as a tree skirt. . We all love the cozy blankets. I am obsessed with the big chunky knit blankets, well I have found you one! The BEST part is, that it is machine washable. How great is that my friends?
Now for the really fun pieces. Christmas trees, Christmas trees, we all love Christmas trees, especially those flocked and forest looking trees. When you are looking for Christmas trees sometimes it is hard to find the ones that you when you have to oder them from online. I have order a tree before and when I pulled it out of the box I was so disappointed. After my experiences I wanted to save you the time and share with you which trees I love and that are really the way they look on the box. I still can not believe where I found some of them at.
Lastly but not least, here are all the things to layer your home with this Christmas season. I know that it is hard to find the real vintage pieces for Christmas so with my theme being a Very Vintage Christmas this time around, I tracked down pieces that were very vintage inspired and would layer in my home just like the true vintage pieces would. The white Santa Mugs and the old timey Shine Bright ornaments were two of the pieces I wanted to use this year but they were extremely hard to find in the true vintage but I found ones in the stores that had that vintage feel to them.
I also wanted to layer with bottle brushes trees throughout my shelving which meant I had to decide what color I wanted to use. I thought that the washed out green would be fun since that would give the shelves another color and texture. Finding cream and vintage green bottle brushes are not the most simply task. I finally found them and if you are on the hunt you will not have to hunt all over the place.
Those are my favorite finds this Christmas Season and I hope that you still stay tuned, to see how I am stying these products in my home. I will be doing a Holiday guide for each room just in case your looking for inspiration on what you would like to do in your home from Christmas. Thank you always for stopping by the blog, XOXO
